The day when the system says that food should not be eaten today, that day becomes a day of body cleansing for them and they do not eat anything on that day. If we look according to the Hindi months, Ekadashi comes once every 14 days. This means that every 14 days you can stay without eating for one day. 4. Sit with your back straight

The internal organs of the body being at rest has special importance. It has many aspects. For now we are considering only one aspect of it. All these organs are loose and hanging inside a net. These organs can get maximum comfort only when you make a habit of sitting with your spine straight.

According to modern thinking, comfort means leaning back or slouching. But sitting in this way never gives rest to the organs of the body.

I have to eat only this many calories, I have to sleep only this many hours, these are all useless things for living. If the level of physical work you are doing today is less, then eat less. If you have more work to do tomorrow, then eat more.

In this situation, the organs do not function as well as they should - especially when you sit in a recliner after a full meal. Nowadays, a lot of travel is done in a recliner. If you travel a thousand kilometers sitting in a comfortable car seat, you lose at least three to five months of your life. We were telling some people that there is a yogic hospital in our yoga center, so some doctors from America wanted to see it and they came to us. They were here for a week and after a week they were very angry with me. I said – “Why, what did I do? They were talking all around – “This is all nonsense! Sadhguru said there is a yogic hospital here! Where is the yogic hospital? We don’t see any beds, we don’t see anything”.
